No Returns Policy

At Takaraa Specialty Coffee, we are committed to delivering the highest quality specialty-grade coffee beans. Due to the perishable nature of our products and our commitment to freshness, we do not accept returns on any coffee purchases.

Quality Guarantee

While we cannot accept returns, we stand behind the quality of our coffee. If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective or not as described
  • Past its roast date at time of delivery

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@takaraa.in with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter on a case-by-case basis.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to offer replacements or store credit at our sole discretion for verified quality issues.
