Coral is the perfect name for this rare creation—vibrant, warm, and shaped by nature’s timeless rhythm. This barrel-aged specialty coffee begins at the renowned Ratnagiri Estate (1350 MASL), where natural-processed Cauvery beans offer deep fruit character and rich sweetness.
The journey continues inside oak barrels soaked in rum for 30 days, allowing the wood to fully absorb tropical aromatics. Once seasoned, the barrels are filled with fresh coffee beans and aged for 45 slow, patient days, letting the beans develop layers of complexity without a drop of alcohol remaining (0% Alcohol).
Each sip is like a gentle tropical wave—molasses richness, jackfruit sweetness, and milk chocolate smoothness—finished with a soft echo of rum aging. The result is a luxurious, alcohol-free cup shaped by craftsmanship, time, and tradition.
